Counting down.........

7 weeks to go till surgery day.  Staring to get excited and realizing that I really have to focus.  Doing research on gyms, trying to find a trainer to help me do things right, thinking about my new eating plan....exciting and scary all at the same time.....as Bruce Hornsby says "Its a long race, if I try I can surely win it"
