Worked out on the Wii tonight
Today was my regular day off and I actually managed to not have any doctors appointments, support groups or anything else scheduled. A real day off!! I had a BLT and a salad for brunch and a piece of baked chicken and a small slice of lasagna for dinner. Then I did several exercises on the Wii Fit. Bicycled 2 miles, did the yoga stretching exercises and did the parade marching thing. Total workout was 1 hour. Felt really good. :~)

Getting my eating plan back on track...
Went to the Nutritionist the other day and thankfully I had lost 1 pound. I did tell her the calories she wanted me to consume were just too much so I am back to the point program I was following before. I did catch myself stress eating the other day after a depressing situation at werk! I know that is one of my problem areas ad I am working on it and I also managed to give up the popcorn for 4 days out of the week. I'm satisfied with the small steps and the progress thus far.

Second visit with the Nutritionist tomorrow...
Tomorrow will be my second visit since she increased my caloric intake. I think I have gained instead of lost weight. Its very frustrating. I had a good eating plan in place and was comfortable with it and I am really struggling with a 1300 calorie diet versus a 25 point one which I was used to.....I guess I'll get it eventually, it just seems like too much food!!!!
